Hôtel Americano will offer a Full-Service Restaurant, Bar and Take Out/To-Go Counter on Pier 94.
Bringing their culinary expertise to the piers, the Chelsea-based Hôtel Americano will act as hosts to Armory Show VIPs for the sixteenth edition of the fair. The restaurant will serve a French and Latin-inspired menu designed by Executive Chef Joseph Buenconsejo, featuring dishes such as Atun Crudo, Mushroom Taco, Chicken Paillard and Salmon a la Plancha, along with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie and desserts. Freshly-squeezed juices, smoothies and snacks will also be available. Sustainability, health, and the exclusive use of high quality ingredients are at the heart of Hôtel Americano's unique approach to dining.
To keep things festive, the VIP Lounge by Hôtel Americano will also offer Pommery champagne, and a premium full bar for your enjoyment. The VIP Lounge will be open from 12 pm - 8 pm during the VIP Preview on Wednesday, March 5, and daily throughout fair hours from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm from March 6 - 9th.
