Magdalena Wahlqvist Alveskog has replaced Katja Bergqvist as representative for Handelsbanken Fonder in Scandic's Nomination Committee.
Handelsbanken Fonder has announced that Magdalena Wahlqvist Alveskog has replaced its previous representative Katja Bergqvist in Scandic's Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2016.
Accordingly, the Nomination Committee consists of Caspar Callerstrom (Sunstorm Holding AB), Joel Lindeman (Provobis through Novobis AB), Magdalena Wahlqvist Alveskog (Handelsbanken Fonder) and Vagn Sorensen (Chairman of the Board of Directors). The Nomination Committee has previously appointed Joel Lindeman as its Chairman.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 12, 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden.
