Noble Acquires the Q Hotel in Historic Westport Kansas City
Noble Investment Group("Noble") today announcedthe acquisition ofthe Q Hotel located in the Historic Westport District of Kansas City, Missouri. The 123-roomhotelwill undergo a comprehensive renovation and conversion to becomeone of thefirst ACHotelsby Marriottpropertieslocated in the United States.
AC Hotelsby Marriott isa highly acclaimedurbanlifestyle hotelbrandthatcurrently has 79 properties in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Franceandwill soon be unveiled in the United States. The brand boasts astylish, urban, cosmopolitan design while creating a tailor-madeguest experience.
The renowned Historic WestportDistrictof Kansas Cityis a thriving shopping and entertainment district whichboasts a rich history as the regions oldest establishedcommunity. Westport is also home to St. Luke's Hospital, The University of Missouri Kansas City, the Kansas City Reserve Bank, the Kansas City Board of Tradeas well asthe headquarters forHallmark Cards andBernstein-Rein.
