Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Dominican Republic Launches New Villa Park Villas & Suites Luxury Development

Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC), located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic on Cofresi Beach, has broken ground on its newest of eight distinct resort developments. The new Villa Park Villas & Suites, scheduled to open by fourth quarter 2014, now joins The Tropical, The Crown Suites, The Crown Villas, The Royal Suites, The Residence Suites, The Presidential Suites by Lifestyle, Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort, plus club properties in Playa Dorada and Punta Cana, for an endless array of guest experiences.

Dominican Republic President Danilo Medina led a special groundbreaking ceremony to mark the beginning of construction of the first-class development with all the services, amenities and offerings of the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort, which will feature 48 luxury stand-alone villas with lush design, comprised of two and three levels with three to seven bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, as well as 160 two-bedroom suites that include full kitchen and spacious living area. Amenities for the suites will include living room, kitchen, terrace, Jacuzzi, and beautiful gardens to imitate small tropical forests. The project was designed by Johanne Gaetan Checo Medrano and engineer Alfredo Gomez.
