International Battledish: 75 Chefs Compete Across the World

Battledish, an international chef competition comes to your city this fall. Chefs compete for the title "King of Battledish".
From James Beard award winning chefs to local food trucks, the public votes with your mouths on the weekend of October 5th.
This culinary competition is thrill seeking and is bursting as a climax to our foodie culture. In Memphis, you'll find an "Autumn Napoleon" from Chef Miller at Tamp & Tap. In St. Louis, you can find Chef Eric Kelly of Scape making Korean brisket sliders.
Watch Chef Jaime Mullens-Brooks from **Hunger** in Seattle battle with chorizo stuffed dates and bleu cheese ice cream and travel down the coast to find Silicon Valley Bay Area food truck Frozen Kuhsterd competing with the famous Dynamo Donut sandwich in San Mateo.
Miami's Chef Andres Meraz at the Ritz Carlton dances with a Di'Crudo and Evansville chef Jai Campbell at Tin Man Brewing throws down with a dish of hare, bone marrow, and black truffles.
The mixology competition includes delicious ingredients such as Herradura Tequila in Miami, Alley Kat Brewing in Edmonton, The Big O ginger liqueur in St. Louis.
