Ice Terrace's 42nd Season to Open 11/7

Three hours of complimentary skating entices Crown Center Ice Terrace early birds from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on the rink's opening day, Friday, November 7.
The Crown Center Ice Terrace is the city's only public, outdoor ice skating rink. More than 70,000 people took to its ice last season. Regular rink hours through January 31 are Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. During February and March, the rink is open Monday through Thursday, noon to 9 p.m.; Friday, noon to 11 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (The rink closes for the season on March 8, 2015.) Regular admission is $6, or complimentary for those over age 60 and children age four and under. Skate rental is $3, or skaters may bring their own.
