Hunter Hotel Advisors Announces Sale of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Witchita Airport

Hunter Hotel Advisors announced today that the firm recently closed on the sale of the 5-year-old,84-guestroom Holiday Inn Express & Suites Witchita Airport in Wichita, KS.

Hunter represented TNJ Group as the seller, and arranged the sale of the asset to KAJ Hospitality who also owns two other IHG properties in the local market. "This is a strong performing asset that is positioned to reap the benefits of the strengthening Wichita economy," said Marilyn Cox, vice president of Hunter Hotel Advisors.

"KAJ was attracted to the asset's great cash flow which can be attributed to the strength of the Holiday Inn Express brand," said Brown Kessler, vice president of Hunter Hotel Advisors. Cox and Kessler handled the transaction for Hunter.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport is conveniently located just north of Wichita Mid-Continent International Airport on highly developed West Kellogg Avenue and just west of Interstate 235 and Downtown Wichita.
