Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park Reveals ROOM NIGHTS FOR RASCALS Donation Program

This holiday season, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, encourages meeting planners to put their meeting, gala or holiday party to work for their communities through the Room Nights for Rascals program. The hotel will donate one gift to a child in need for every $150 spent on rooms and catered events between November 5 and December 31, 2014.* The toys will be donated to the group's 501(c)(3) charity of choice or Fairmont's preferred charity.

"We are thrilled to launch Room Nights for Rascals, a charitable incentive program for meeting planners during November and December, said Director of Sales and Marketing, Michelle Zwirek. "Not only is it fulfilling for us to make the holiday season brighter for children, but we also look forward to working with our clients' preferred charities."

Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park recently unveiled a $2.5 million renovation of its 63,000-square-foot meeting space including 15 new meeting rooms. The stunning rooms from boardrooms to the Imperial Ballroom offer over 16,000 square feet of unobstructed meeting space, allowing the hotel to cater to functions of every size with extraordinary expertise. The perfect backdrop to any meeting or social gathering, the custom Axminster carpeting is inspired by Millennium Park and Lake Michigan. The silver ribbons are reminiscent of the BP Bridge, the flowers of the Lurie Gardens and the blue the motion of the waves on Lake Michigan. The meeting space renovation was the culmination of a more than $60 million lobby-to-roof renovation of the entire hotel.
