BWW Previews: CARNIVAL VISTA by Carnival Cruise Lines is an Exciting Addition

Carnival recently had a press preview on 1/22 at Lincoln Center's Rose Hall in New York City where they unveiled the amenities of Carnival Vista. Carnival's Sr. Vice President of Guest Operations Mark Tamis greeted the press and made a dynamic presentation. He said he was "so honored" to be able to introduce Carnival Vista as an addition to their fleet. He called the ship "the biggest and best" for vacation travelers and pointed out that teams worldwide have worked to make it the ship a reality. Carnival Cruise Lines was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida. The largest cruise line in the world, they are known for their trips that span 3 to 16 days and are enjoyed by 4.5 million passengers annually around the globe.

Carnival Vista is designed to connect guests to the ocean with sweeping views and plenty to do both outdoors and in. Carnival Vista will take cruising to new heights and introduce an exciting array of groundbreaking new features including: SkyRide, a breakthrough suspended open-air cycling experience; the world's first IMAX® Theatre on a ship; an expanded water park featuring the colorful Kaleid-O-Slide, the line's first raft-riding water tube slide; Seafood Shack, a delectable New England-inspired eatery; RedFrog Pub, including the line's first onboard brewery, and other enhanced dining, bar and entertainment options; as well as new scenic and family-friendly accommodation types.

The ship's inaugural 2016 Mediterranean itineraries will mark the line's return to Europe. And in the fall of 2016, Vista will make a 13-day transatlantic journey arriving in New York City.
