Grand Rapids, MI -- The 10th annual Grand Rapids Antiques Market will showcase hundreds of the best antiques and vintage from across the Midwest on a NEW! weekend - November 21 & 22, 2015 - at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids. Shoppers will find holiday gifts, decor and vintage inspiration among the exceptional selection of antiques and vintage that patrons of the Grand Rapids Antiques Market have come to expect.
"We are so excited to give antiques and vintage enthusiasts the opportunity to shop at Grand Rapids Antiques Market during the pre-holiday rush," said Melissa Sands of Vintage Promotions LLC, owner and co-promoter of the event. "If you're looking for the most unique gift, a special holiday decoration or anything retro, mod, vintage, midcentury or anything in between, we've got something for you!"
Grand Rapids Antiques Market is known for its dealers who specialize in traditional antiques, but has also begun to attract sellers of vintage clothing, jewelry, housewares and decor - ideal for the young, hip scene that has emerged in the city.
"We're working hard to ensure shoppers can experience the most complete and accessible vintage shopping weekend," said Jon Jenkins of GKJ LLC, co-promoter of the event. "Our dealers have it all - from the things you've been searching for to the things you never even knew you needed."
The Market will take place adjacent to the Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival, making DeVos Place the city's top weekend destination. Both events open on Saturday immediately following the downtown Santa Parade . Hosted by the promoters of Vintage Garage Chicago, Indie Arts & Vintage Marketplace (Indianapolis) and Vintage Street Market (Grand Rapids), the Grand Rapids Antiques Market is open Saturday, November 21 from Noon to 8 p.m., and Sunday, November 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door.
