Franz Schubert's "Death and the Maiden" String Quartet
The Center Stage Opera Chamber Ensemble

Sunday, Sept. 17, 3 pm
Reseda Neighborhood Council
18118 Sherman Way, Reseda

The Center Stage Opera Chamber Ensemble presents an encore performance of Schubert's immortal "Death and the Maiden".
"Only the excellence of such a work as Schubert's D minor Quartet... can in any way console us for the early and grievous death of this first-born of Beethoven; in a few years he achieved and perfected things as no one before him," wrote Robert Schumann of the quartet.

This is a special performance in honor of The Reseda Neighborhood Council. Your voluntary contribution to support Center Stage Opera and The Opera Tree is most welcome.
