Varsity's PARALLEL PERSON Album Streaming via Hype Machine, Out Friday 4/27

Today, Chicago's garage-pop tour de force Varsity's triumphant sophomore album Parallel Person is now available to stream via Hype Machine ahead of its release this Friday, April 27.

Since forming in 2013, Varsity has produced a number of digital 7" releases and has shared bills with acts including Alvvays, Courtney Barnett, The Hold Steady, Porches and Car Seat Headrest. Following their explosive hit "So Sad, So Sad," which has over 14 million streams, they have unleashed new album singles "Must Be Nice," "A Friend Named Paul" and "Krissy" to critical acclaim.

Parallel Person is an instantly catchy, cathartic indie-pop record featuring the distinct vocals of singer/keyboardist Stephanie Smith met with infectious guitar melodies and exciting rhythm.
