Tommy Genesis Directs 'Tommy' Video, Premieres Today

Breakout vocalist, songwriter and producer Tommy Genesis's self-directed and -edited video for "Tommy" debuts today via Complex, watch it here and share here.
"In the past I've always directed and edited my own videos so I was happy when I got to do the same with Tommy," says Genesis. "It's definitely more explicit than I had anticipated making but I think it depicts my sexuality pretty accurately. What I want people to know, most importantly, is nobody put me up to it. I have full control over my art and my music."
Genesis has garnered praise from the likes of Vogue, The FADER, Dazed, Noisey, Elle, W, PAPERand many more. In demand in the fashion world, Genesis has appeared in campaigns for Calvin Klein and recently performed at Miu Miu's Resort 2017 show. Of half-Swedish, half-Tamil descent, Genesis was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. Further new music from Genesis is imminent.
