The One Island Tour featuring Island reggae-roots bands Bambu Station and Inna Vision comes to Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip, Wednesday, October 24.
Formed in 1996 by lead singer and multi-instrumentalist Jalani Horton, Bambu Station has dedicated itself to creating music that transforms and positively impacts people’s lives. With an organic and harmonic sound, the band’s relentlessly captivating music has transcended the commercial music industry to create a way of life. With deeply thoughtful lyrics covering a range of social, political and spiritual issues, Bambu Station has created a canon of songs, which resonate deeply with the human experience. In 2012, the band released Children of Exodus, to acclaim from fans and critics alike. Bambu Station has performed around the world, in countless cities throughout Europe, Africa, the United States, and the Pacific and Caribbean regions. Committed to supporting the music of fellow Virgin Islanders, the band has collaborated and performed with artists including Dezarie, Star Lion Family, Pressure Buss Pipe, Niyo Rah, among others.Doors open at 7:00 p.m.
