Skillet Release Video For Latest Single 'Back From the Dead'

Hot on the heels of their #1 Active Rock single "Feel Invincible," Skillet have released a video for the follow-up track from the band's latest critically-acclaimed album, Unleashed. The video tells the story of the band escaping from a testing facility and being chased by hordes of zombies. The "Back From The Dead" video gives a nod back to the band's "Monster" video (https://youtu.be/1mjlM_RnsVE) from 2009 that has been viewed over 183-million times on YouTube.

"Back From The Dead" was directed by Roland Bingaman and can be seen here: https://youtu.be/JsbqTHift_8. The zombie-inspired clip showcases the band's love of the undead and horror as John Cooper explained to Nerdist.com:

"The first zombie film I saw was 28 Days Later, which I loved. The band watches The Walking Dead religiously as well. I am a fan of comics, supernatural stories, and horror in general. That comes across throughout the video."

Skillet has been touring in support of their latest album Unleashed. The current headline run will wrap on March 24th in Little Rock, AR. Skillet will also be making the rounds throughout the U.S. festivals this Spring. The band has already been announced on Carolina Rebellion on Sunday, May 7th performing alongside Avenged Sevenfold, The Offspring, Volbeat and Seether amongst others that day. Skillet will also be at this years Rock On The Range festival performing on May 20th alongside Korn, The Offspring, Alter Bridge and Papa Roach to name a few.
