GRAMMYS on The Hill honorees include U.S. Representative Howard Berman (D-Calif.) and eight-time GRAMMY winner John Mayer. The event will be hosted by NBC News correspondent Luke Russert with special guests including folk/rock artist Donovan, blues legend and six-time GRAMMY winner Buddy Guy, Cheap Trick lead guitarist Rick Nielsen, songwriter Monty Powell (Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban, Martina McBride), Secretary of Health and Human Services Sec. Kathleen Sebelius,Recording Academy President/CEO Neil Portnow, and Recording Academy Chair Emeritus and five-time GRAMMY winner Jimmy Jam, and musical surprises.

GRAMMYS on The Hill includes two days of music advocacy connecting top music makers with members of Congress in Washington, D.C. in an effort to inform policy makers of the important role the recording arts play in the nation's culture and economy. The Recording Academy's annual advocacy event honors outstanding legislators who work to improve the environment for music makers and artists who use the power of music to improve our lives. A cocktail reception will precede the awards ceremony. GRAMMYs on The Hill Awards is sponsored by SESAC.

This year's Grammys on The Hill will take place April 25th at the Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel, 415 New Jersey Avenue Northwest, Washington, D.C..
