One Direction, Ed Sheeran, and Elbow are all set for a fourth version of the charity single 'Do They Know It's Christmas,' reports BBC News.

Bob Geldof and Midge Ure, who created the first version of this project, said that the song's lyrics would be changed to reflect the current Ebola crisis. All money raised from the project will go to fight the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

The original 'Band Aid' was released in 1984 and raised £8million for famine relief in Ethiopia. 'Band Aid' also inspired cross-continent Live Aid concerts in London and Philadelphia.

Other confirmed artists for this year's project include U2's Bono, Chris Martin of Coldplay, Emeli Sande, Underworld, Sinead O'Connor, Paloma Faith, Foals and Bastille.

Versions will also be recorded in the US, France, and Germany.
