Zayn Malik has temporarily left One Direction's world tour due to mental stress. He is currently spending time with his family in the United Kingdom.

Malik's leave of abscence comes after the recent media accusations of infedelity to his fiance, Little Mix's Perrie Edwards. Photos of the singer posing closesly to a fan hit the internet on Wednesday, causing allegations by both fans and critics. "He's had enough of the constant craziness." a close source told People.

The group is set to perform in the Phillipines without Malik this weekend. "The rest of the guys are really worried about him but disappointed he's not there," People's source stated. "Their main concern is they want him to get better."

"Don't worry guys, Zayn is going be okay very soon," Malik's sister, Safaa, wrote on her Instagram this Thursday. "All the stress has just gotten to him because of the rumors and hatred he has heard and received, it's really hurting him, some people are just giving him too much. People need to realize my brother is human, too."

One Direction's 80-date "On the Road Again" tour began on February 7th and will run through October 31st. After the release of their record "Four" last November, the band became the first in Billboard 200 history to have their first four albums debut at number one.
