"Love Is Hard Enough Without The Winter" is the stunning new single from acclaimed singer-songwriter Luke Sital-Singh, which premiered today at Glide. A bleakly beautiful antidote to the usual saccharine seasonal songs, "Love Is Hard Enough Without The Winter" follows recent single "The Last Day", in which Luke crafts hope and light out of the embracing of mortality, described by CLASH magazine as "...a softly enticing effort with a rich, beautifully etched sense of poignancy". The track from Bristol-based singer-songwriter prefaces his exodus to Los Angeles in January 2019.

"When you're deep in a relationship, working out kinks, making and BREAKING BAD habits and basically just doing the sometimes tough work of staying together, the last thing you need is the daily backdrop of a cold, wet, miserable winter," says Luke of the new single. "So we decided to f off to Los Angeles to experience an endless summer."

In April, Luke was invited to give a TED Talk at the official TED conference in Vancouver. Luke spoke about the cathartic effect of writing and performing 'sad' songs, and performed the tracks "Killing Me" and "Afterneath". Watch Luke's TED Talk here.

Luke Sital-Singh released his debut single "Fail For You" in 2012, introducing the world his deft ability to craft songs with a mesmerizing, piercing emotional quality.
