Mid-90's pop punk band from San Francisco, Go Pound Salt, have re-emerged to release The Lost Tapes, a collection of eight recently-discovered songs started in 1997, and finished up in 2017. Check out the first track, "Gray", which is streaming now on the band's Bandcamp page: http://gopoundsalt.bandcamp.com/track/gray

Go Pound Salt played in the Bay Area from 1995-1997. They released a self-titled CD as well as two demos. They played mainly around the Bay Area, including the 1997 Noise Pop fest and opened for such bands as the Swingin' Utters. In addition to the release of The Lost Tapes, Go Pound Salt is also working on new material to come out in 2018.
