The newly-formed CitizensConstitutionalCongress.com today received official endorsement from "The Last American Band," with the release of their new anthem, "How Stupid Do They Think We Are?"

The band was formed to give voice to the political forces now sweeping the country. Individually and collectively, the group of popular recording artists has performed all over the world, including Communist countries.

"We love touring - but we love returning home as free Americans," says Gary Black, lead singer for the band. "We oppose the efforts now to restrict personal liberties through excessive spending and legislative initiatives like ObamaCare and Cap and Trade. We urge a return to First Principles as articulated in the United States Constitution. We join with our fellow Americans to unite in resistance to the trend toward socialism - and invite others to join us."

Claiming to be "Free Citizens Fighting To Keep America Free," the new website, www.CitizensConstitutionalCongress.com, went live last week, "to provide Americans with a powerful new voice of resistance to the government's central planners in Washington, D.C."

"How Stupid Do They Think We Are?" was released on Friday, March 5, 2010, over YouTube. The new video is "designed to be entertaining and provocative," says Black, adding the song offers references to popular conservative movement spokesmen including Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, and Glenn Beck. The video may be viewed at www.TheLastAmericanBand.com.

"We're expressing the outrage of millions of our fellow citizens," says Black. "Personal liberties are under attack. We want to contribute our voices. This song is the new anthem for a restored America. We're dedicating half of the proceeds to support CitizensConstitutionalCongress.com.

"Too many have sacrificed too much over too many generations for our generation to fail to defend freedom today. We won't let it happen. This is a popular uprising. The resistance is real."

The band was formed by five American recording artists following The ObamaCare Summit and the announcement by the White House on March 3, 2010 that it is moving ahead to resurrect its highly partisan ObamaCare legislation.

"The American Freedom Trilogy" features three new titles:

1) "I'm Still Free"
2) "How Stupid Do They Think We Are?"
3) "Headin' For The End Of The Line"

The songs are available for download and for FREE listening: www.TheLastAmericanBand.com, with $.49 of every $.99 download directly supporting www.CitizensConstitutionalCongress.com.
