JOHNNYSWIM Perform 'Diamonds' on LIVE WITH KELLY AND MICHAEL; Tour to Kick Off This Month

Acclaimed husband-and-wife team JOHNNYSWIM performed "Diamonds," the latest single and title track off their debut LP, on "Live with Kelly and Michael." Watch the performance here.

Of the song, JOHNNYSWIM's Abner Ramirez notes, "'Diamonds' is a song about the realization that even the hardest times can somehow make life more beautiful, just like the years of pressure that turns coal into a diamond." Watch the video for "Diamonds" here.

JOHNNYSWIM continue to receive widespread critical acclaim for last year's Diamonds. They were featured on NPR's "All Things Considered", played an NPR "Tiny Desk Concert" and performed on "The Late Show with David Letterman" as well as Vh1's "Big Morning Buzz Live" here.

Amanda Sudano-Ramirez and Abner make up JOHNNYSWIM. Amanda was exposed to music at a young age with musicians as parents, while Abner studied music at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in his native Jacksonville, Florida. The two met in 2006 and started collaborating musically after discovering their similar influences of folk, soul and rock.
