Encore Radio to Count Down UK's Favorite 500 Musical and Movie Songs

The West End's biggest musicals are to battle it out for the No.1 spot on the new Encore Radio 'Favourite 500' chart this Easter weekend. With thousands of votes cast, the final list includes current West End hits, top touring shows and classic musicals and movies of the past.

'Les Miserables' has the most entries on the chart while new show 'An American in Paris' is highly placed along with DreamGirls, Wicked and the movie 'La la Land'. Encore Radio's presenters Duncan James, Kerry Ellis, Jamie Crick and Liz Wickham join the rest of the team for a fabulous weekend of the best of the best.

The annual chart will play over the bank holiday weekend each day starting at 9am with the number one revealed just before 6pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
