Ever heard of independent record labels MVB Records, Golden Dawn Music, or MVB Entertainment Music Group (MVBEMG)? If you have then you are familiar with their parent company MVB Entertainment llc.; an entertainment company that's been around since 2005. That parent company (MVB Entertainment) was acquired by a domestic holding company called A. Russell Enterprises, Inc. in 2017.

Along with the acquisition of MVB Entertainment came the ownership and rights to it's three record labels' entire music catalogs. This music catalog includes the music from popular indie Hip Hop artists like Ray Bop and La ' Vega, and it also includes music from up-and-coming Jamaican Dancehall Reggae artist Keywee; among many more artists.

The music catalog that A. Russell Enterprises has just acquired is said to contain two thousand songs, and is estimated to be worth well over one million dollars. A. Russell Enterprises says that it plans on using its new music catalog to bolster its intellectual property company called the Intellectual-Stock Exchange llc.
