Deerhoof's International Tour to Kick Off on Valentine's Day; Satomi's 'Black Pitch' Video Out Now

DEERHOOF are over in Europe next month in support of their 13th album La Isla Bonita. In March they return to the US for shows with of Montreal and Perfect Pussy and including appearances at SXSW.

Ahead of the dates they've shared a new video for new album track "Black Pitch", by director Gary McQuiggan.

The video sees singer Satomi head down the Thames, leaving behind the trappings of the City and losing herself in the North Sea. It's unconfirmed whether the waterways of Europe will be their chosen mode of transport for the tour dates below...

2014 saw Deerhoof celebrate its 20th anniversary, having made a dozen consistently acclaimed albums and taken hundreds, maybe thousands, of ecstatic and loyal audiences all over the planet on the never-the-same-twice thrill-ride of their live show. Commercially accessible and quintessentially Deerhoof all the same, La Isla Bonita has been hailed as their most bold and rebellious to date. The band closed out the year at #2 on the CMJ Top 200 Charts, the record also charted on Billboard Heatseekers as well as the Billboard Top LP Vinyl Albums.
