Devotchka is scheduled to play Park West in Chicago tonight, February 16th in celebration of Valentine's Day. The romantic rock band will be joined at Park West by a Chamber Orchestra for a night of authentic, yet wholly original, rock 'n roll. DeVotchKa's most iconic songs will be revisited, restructured, and performed with a full chamber orchestra.

DeVotchKa has spent 2012 backed by symphonies and orchestras across the country, in support of their new album Live with the Colorado Symphony (Cicero Recordings, LTD). As front man Nick Urata describes it, "We've always had orchestral leanings, we wrote for more and more players with every album, when the chance to perform with an entire symphony came, we jumped at it. We thought it would be the perfect night for a live recording and hope the listener feels like they are in The Room with us." Live with the Colorado Symphony is available now at record stores nationwide, and online via all major outlets.

Tickets for the Valentine's Day performance go on sale Saturday through the Park West website.
