Academy Award-winning director/actor Robert Redford, former Vice President Al Gore, and Pulitzer Prize-winning author N. Scott Momaday are coming together with artistic direction by Sibylle Szaggars Redford at Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, Carnegie Hall, on December 1st, 2017 for a musical evening of hope honoring Planet Earth.

Environmental artist Sibylle Szaggars Redford and composer Tim Janis collaborate for the world premiere of The Way of the Rain - Voices of Hope, a benefit concert for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) & The Way of the Rain (nonprofit organizations) - a music, art, & film experience - an homage to Planet Earth.

With special guests: Vice President Al Gore, Academy Award-winning director Robert Redford, Pulitzer Prize-winning author & poet N. Scott Momaday, Multi-Platinum-selling artist Loreena McKennitt, Grammy Award-winning artist Robert Mirabal, Top Billboard, Grammy and Emmy-nominated Celtic violinist Máiréad Nesbitt, and Celtic singer Lynn Hilary.

Additional performers include Alex Boye', Laura Dias, The Chesapeake Youth Symphony Orchestra (Conductor Julien Benichou), and The Way of the Rain - Voices of Hope Choir (Choir Master Matt Vanzini).
