North Star Community Band Winter Concert Set for 2/20

The North Star Community Band, under the direction of Faye A. Rader and Assistant Conductors, Teresa Farley and Steve Lindsay, would like to extend an invitation to their Mid-Winter concert on Friday, February 20th in the Oak Park High School Auditorium beginning at 7:30pm.

Have you heard the saying, "Music is Love in Search of a Word"? From symphonic Beatles to Artie Shaw, Marches to Overtures, Testimonial to Eternal Father, Strong to Save, the North Star Band will enfold you in the arms of Music to Love. You won't want to miss this entertaining and light-hearted evening of favorites. Bring the family, a friend or your valentine. There will be something for everyone.

Oak Park High School is located at 825 NE 79th Terrace, Kansas City, MO and is handicapped accessible. The concert is free, family oriented and open to the public. As always, children are welcome if accompanied by an adult! Donations are accepted with a smile!
