Child rearing and development is one of the most complex tasks mothers do. In this case, a son's affirmation is required so that he may feel complete and could grow just the way his mother wants him to be. How can single mothers do it alone? Author Dellnora Winters shares practical insight and approach on how to facilitate a son's life he was designed and created to fulfill in her insightful book, A Mother's Guide ...to Affirming Her Son.

"I was a forty-year-old woman, a mother of two children ages five and nine, a principal with a demanding career, an active member in the church, and a wife whose husband is in the military serving his country six hundred miles away. I knew the road ahead was going to be slightly different, but I was in for a rude awakening," the author expresses.

A Mother's Guide ...to Affirming Her Son is not be-all and end-all guide-just a simple framework Winters shares for single mothers-or mother-like individuals-all over the world. Inspired by her own experiences, this book is packed with easy-to-follow methods on how to boost their son's personality. It shows them how to encourage, teach or promote strength for a young man to be expressive and develop in him strong, desirable values, cultivate his social, emotional esteem, openness, courage, and learn how to dream-making him the true mother's boy.

In this book, Winters has written a dependable guide that will benefit single mothers and help them with their dilemma on how to handle and mold their sons as strong, bold and principled young man with all the enviable values that they would be proud of.
