Highly esteemed West Palm Beach-based company Novation Settlement Solutions was recently named one of Florida's Best Companies To Work For by Florida Trend magazine. The company earned the prestigious distinction based on a number of evaluated factors, including high employee satisfaction and a thriving workplace culture. One hundred participating companies underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The Combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
