About the Author
Born in Greytown New Zealand. Gaylynn Leslie Travis grew up and went to school with her identical twin sister Yvonne in Carterton. While growing up, her main interests were riding horses, swimming and reading. She now lives with her husband Geoff in the rural Ngakuru district south of Rotorua. She has three children, two step children and six grand children. She has always enjoyed writing but with the realities of raising her three children it wasn't until 10 years ago, inspired by her children, she started Tecan's Adventures. Then later, was encouraged by her husband and mother to complete the book.
