Author William V. Healey marks his debut in the world of literature with a fast-paced, action-packed novel, "OSPREY". This tale suffused with political intrigue unfolds across continents and will take readers alongside richly drawn characters who each have a role to play in an impending international cataclysm.

The President of the United States and his Chinese counterpart are working in close cooperation against Russia. An assassination plot is hatched but there will be consequences for both sides. Enmeshed in the turmoil are Peter Williamson and the Soviet key man, Sudenov. The interactions of these men, their families and the decisions they make will determine the outcome of a plan that could change the course of world history.

Moving along a sophisticated and politically charged narrative, "OSPREY" is at once an intricately plotted saga of people caught between the machinations of the world's superpowers and a gripping exploration of the dark undercurrents of politics.
