Tony Giacolone and Laura Knight are finally starting to make their dreams come true, preparing for their wedding and expecting a child a few months later. In "Temptation to Sin," Tony is recovering from a mental breakdown. Although he's made lots of progress, his psychiatrist wants to probe deeper, questioning his alternate personality, Max, about memory gaps from his childhood because he suspects Tony was abused. What the two will discover about Tony's past is shocking, and it puts his bright future with Laura at risk as he keeps the shameful memories to himself in hopes of keeping her from more pain.

Laura prays for Tony's recovery and wonders what has changed her fiance's attitude. As she fights to keep their relationship on the right track, she turns to God for help. Her grandfather Nino Valente, a former crime boss, is working to redeem himself to have a life with Laura that he never had with his daughter Cara, whom he cut off when she married Laura's father. He's not sure Tony is the right man for her and deserves his beautiful granddaughter, but can he learn to put the decision in God's hands?

Those in the underworld aren't quite ready to believe Nino has given up his life of crime, and some still in that life maneuver to take advantage of the situation. Someone close to him uses that relationship to plan deadly revenge so he can take what he wants. A stalker creeps into Laura's life, and a seductress tries to woo Tony away from Laura, leading Tony to begin to have doubts about going through with the wedding, especially once he discovers new revelations about his past. It's time to put their lives into God's loving care before it's too late and they fall to the temptation to sin.

Author Adriana Parrinello, the youngest of five children in a traditional Sicilian family, grew up in the suburbs of Detroit. She began writing a novel in her teens and picked up her pen again when her husband, Matteo, helped care for their three children, combining her passion for writing with her faith. Parrinello has finished the third novel in the Christian-inspired series and is already working on a prequel to the first book, "The Fathers' Sins."
