Margin Films has announced the festival premiere and digital debut of release of Quentin Lee's Gay Hollywood Dad.  Originally developed as a web series, the latest film from Quentin Lee (White Frog, The People I've Slept With) follows Lee's journey to fatherhood in the City of Angeles.  The feature-length version of Gay Hollywood Dad will premiere August 2nd at the New York Asian American International Film Festival before launching on Amazon Instant Video on August 3rd.

The Recording Academy has expanded its lineup for the 'GRAMMY Salute To Music Legends®,' an awards ceremony and live tribute concert celebrating the 2018 Special Merit Awards honorees on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Added to the lineup are four-time GRAMMY® winner Yolanda Adams, who will perform and honor Tony Agnello and Richard Factor, GRAMMY winner Gustavo Dudamel who will present to John Williams; violinist Anne Akiko Meyers, who will perform in tribute to Williams; and members of The Meters, including Joseph '?Zigaboo' Modeliste, Cyril Neville, Leo Nocentelli, and George Porter Jr. This year's Lifetime Achievement Award honorees are Hal Blaine, Neil Diamond, Emmylou Harris, Louis Jordan, The Meters, Queen, and Tina Turner. Additional Special Merit Awards honorees to be celebrated include Bill Graham, Seymour Stein, and Williams, who are this year's Trustees Award honorees, and Agnello and Factor, who are the Technical GRAMMY® Award recipients. Telemundo has announced the first group of participants joining Exatlon Estados Unidos, the upcoming sports-reality show that has been a success in Mexico as well as internationally, and will air in the United States for the first time on July 16 at 7pm/6c. Hosted by Venezuelan commentator Erasmo Provenza, the family-friendly competition will seek to find the athlete with the strongest physical and mental abilities through a series of obstacle races, extreme living conditions and instances of isolation from the outside world. The contest consists of two teams, each of which is composed of five men and five women. One team will be made up of well-known athletes and celebrities, while the other will include amateur athletes, however all twenty contestants will have to be strong enough to endure harsh conditions and work together to complete daunting challenges with a shot at a grand prize of $200,000.
