Tamara Lawrance (Kings Charles III, Undercover) leads the cast as protagonist July in The Long Song, a three-part adaptation of Andrea Levy's award-winning, best-selling novel for BBC One, which will also star Hayley Atwell (Howards End, Avengers), Jack Lowden (War & Peace, Dunkirk) and Sir Lenny Henry (Broadchurch). As previously announced, the series director is Mahalia Belo.

To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their acclaimed album Boxer, The National performed the record from beginning to end at a very special show in Brussels, Belgium on November 9th, 2017. After 14 years performing together, five full-length studio albums, and countless sold-out shows around the globe, there aren't many items left on a band's bucket list. For Alter Bridge, one of the remaining list items was crossed off in October 2017 when the band performed two sold-out shows at London's iconic Royal Albert Hall backed by the 52-piece Parallax Orchestra led by conductor Simon Dobson. Those career-defining shows were captured and combined in the upcoming Napalm Records worldwide release Live At The Royal Albert Hall on September 7th.

According to Deadline, Focus Features has set production with Carnival Films to begin production on the Downton Abbey this summer. The new Paramount Network today received its first-ever Emmy nominations as a network after successfully rebranding earlier this year.

Disney|ABC Television received a total of 39 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, it was announced today by the Television Academy. ABC received 31 nominations; ABC Studios collected 14; and Disney Channels received five.
