SHOWTIME has announced the casting of Jillian Bell (22 Jump Street) in a lead role of the half-hour comedy pilot THE WRONG MANS, also starring and produced by Ben Schwartz (HOUSE OF LIES) andwritten and executive produced by James Corden (The Late Late Show with James Corden), Mathew Baynton (Yonderland)and Ian Maxtone-Graham (The Simpsons). J.J. Abrams (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), BBC Studios' Angie Stephenson and Bad Robot's Ben Stephenson also serve as executive producers. Jim Field Smith (EPISODES) is also executive producing and directing the pilot, which is based on the BBC series created by Corden and Baynton. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine, President of Programming, Showtime Networks Inc.

Acclaimed North Carolina-based singer-songwriter Malcolm Holcombe, “a troubadour seemingly from another age” (Elmore), will release his third album in as many years and his 13th studio album, Come Hell or High Water (Singular Recordings), on September 14. In support of the release, Holcombe will kick off a 25-city tourJuly 29, at the Grey Eagle in Asheville, NC. The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) announced today that in honor of Billy Joel's unprecedented achievement of 100 lifetime performances at The World's Most Famous Arena, Joel's piano will be displayed at The Garden. Joel's 100th lifetime performance comes 40 years after his first MSG performance, on December 14, 1978, and just four and a half years after he began his legendary residency at The Garden.
