THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, is pleased to announce a lottery ticket policy for the First National Tour, which begins March 12 at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit and plays a limited two week engagement March 12-24, 2013. In Detroit, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the box office, making 20 tickets per performance available at $29 apiece.

Guest conductor Jun Markl will lead the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in a program featuring ASO Principal Bassoon Carl Nitchie at center stage for Mozart's Bassoon Concerto in B-Flat Major. Also on the program is Beethoven's Symphony No. 6, "Pastorale," and Ravel's Le tombeau de Couperin. The performances will take place March 14-16, 2013, at 8:00 p.m., in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center.

The seventh annual beauty contest is set for Monday evening, May 20th, 8p.m., at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (60 Washington Square South). The popular event is the annual benefit of New York's Ali Forney Center.
