Due to ticket demand, 59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer) announces added performances for the Prospect Theater Company production of WORKING. There is an added evening performance on Sunday, December 9 at 7:15 PM and added Saturday matinee performances on December 15, 22, and 29 at 2:15 PM.

The David Lynch Foundation will host an "An Historic Night of Jazz" benefit to raise money for free meditation instruction to inner city kids, veterans suffering from PTSD, low-income communities and women and girls who have been victims of violence and abuse. Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) has successfully bid to continue operating the Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall in Stoke-on-Trent for the next ten years following a comprehensive tender process. The contract will be awarded by Stoke-On-Trent City Council following a ten day period required under contract law.

Grace United Methodist Church presents pianist David Buddin (voted best New York composer 2012 by the Village Voice) performing the New York premier of Karlheinz Stockhausen's Natural Durations 1-12. The concert will be held on Sunday, December 2 at 4pm, free admission. This is the first half of Karlheinz Stockhausen's vast meditation on piano sonority. One of Stockhausen's last pieces, it is the third 'hour' of his 'Klang' cycle, derived from a single twenty-four-note set ran through a myriad of permutations and transformations.

Celebrating the beginning of the Christmas season, the Houston Symphony led by Associate Conductor Robert Franz invites families to experience the Hip Hoppin' Nutcracker on December 8th. The beautiful crafts on display at the McLean Community Center's 30th Annual McLean Holiday Crafts Show are only part of what's made the show a success for many years. The juried show will be held Friday, Nov. 30 through Sunday, Dec. 2. Show hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec.1; and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2.
