Painter and photographer, JC Jaress and his wife, the award-winning filmmaker, Anastasia King Jaress, announce the launch of their radical new venture, Good Foot Project - www.goodfootproject.com. They will be hosting 'ON THE GOOD FOOT' on March 9, 2013 at the Los Angeles Center For Digital Art, 102 W. 5th St. in Downtown LA. The action-packed event will feature an art sale and auction of selected works, live performances by singers Erin Powers and Jody Jaress and a community Q&A. The event, organized to raise funds to support the Jaress' education and resource sharing efforts, will close with a set by the incomparable DJ MOOP.

The Building Stage's Founder and Artistic Director Blake Montgomery announces that the world premiere of Dawn, Quixote, conceived and directed by Montgomery, at The Building Stage, 412 N. Carpenter Street in Chicago's West Loop, March 22 - April 27 will be the final production for The Building Stage. Despina Tsatsas has been appointed as the new Executive Producer of Frantic Assembly. She will take up the post in May 2013, when Lisa Maguire leaves to become Executive Producer of National Theatre Wales.

The Des Moines Community Playhouse presents 'Puss in Boots,' Friday, Mar. 8. This story is part of the 2012-13 season of Friday Funday, a creative participatory story theatre program for children ages 4-6. Additionally, Tiesto will bring "Club Life" to WET REPUBLIC Ultra Pool, creating a daytime experience for fans where they can see the iconic DJ perform more than 20 dates. Both dedicated residencies represent Tiesto's largest commitment in Las Vegas to date. The five-level restaurant and nightlife experience is scheduled to open its doors in April with a specific date forthcoming.

Signature Theatre has announced that their "The World of the Play" series continues with a discussion of the history and current conditions of Chinese laborers, inspired by David Henry Hwang's THE DANCE AND THE RAILROAD, now playing in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center. The panel of experts will reflect on the history, impact, and discrimination faced by Chinese laborers in the United States, and the issues facing these laborers today, both in the United States and in China.

Branagh last performed Shakespeare when he played Richard III at the Sheffield Crucible in 2002. His recent stage performances as Edmund at the National Theatre and Ivanov for the Donmar played to great acclaim. Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO) and Milwaukee Children's Choir (MCC) have announced that on Sunday, March 10, 2013, at 3:00 PM, MYSO and MCC will present this year's collaborative Milwaukee Youth Music Celebration in Helen Bader Concert Hall, at the UW-Milwaukee Zelazo Center for the Performing Arts, 2419 East Kenwood Blvd., Milwaukee. At this concert--an annual event since 2005--the Milwaukee area's finest young musicians gather to perform some of the world's best music.

RAICES' Voces Latinas reading series will continue on March 17th, 2013 with La Luz De Un Cigarillo: A Dominican-York Play, written by Latino playwright Marco Antonio Rodriguez and directed by WNY actor Rolando Martin Gomez. The reading will be at 6 PM at the Road Less Traveled Theater. Reading will starr Mariana Cole-Rivera, Smirna Mercedes-Perez, Victoria Perez, Josue Rosario-Caliz, and narrated by Ingrid Cordova.

The Seacoast Repertory Theatre has announced the start of its 25th Anniversary Season with A Chorus Line. This multiple Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning musical is being directed and choreographed by Bryan Knowlton, a Portsmouth native who grew up on The Rep stage and went on to perform in the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line. With that kind of talent The Rep's 2013 Mainstage season opener is sure to be the hottest ticket in town. "I went onto college, toured the country in three first nationals (Broadway tours), got my equity card and landed a starring role on Broadway" says Knowlton. "But, it was here at The Rep, through my teachers, friends and mentors that I found the love for theatre."
