Bear witness to an exquisite intimate performance by Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier in the Queensland Performing Arts Centre's (QPAC's) Concert Hall, set in reverse mode on Sunday 30 June 2013.

Praised for their insight, warmth and humour the Conway-Zygier duo tours to Brisbane, for the first time in three years, to celebrate the launch of their new album Stories of Ghosts.

Deborah Conway's sublimely distinctive voice is made full use of in these acoustic arrangements, from demonic growl to angelic caress backed by Willy Zygier's masterful guitar playing; the duo's song writing has never been stronger and live, they deliver an emotional immediacy that is palpable.

Building on the acoustic instrumentation of 2010's acclaimed album Half Man Half Woman, Stories Of Ghostsadds layers of wood, strings and air, creating a sound that veers from delicate and melancholy to savage and fierce.

Stories of Ghosts is an incredible collection of stunning songs that centre on life's journey of beliefs, struggles, love and the deepest of human thoughts all underpinned with themes of the Old Testament.

Join Conway and Zygier as they perform the exquisite Stories of Ghosts, alongside some of their much-loved classics, in reverse mode on the Concert Hall stage, QPAC for one night only.

When: Sunday 30 June, 6pm
Where: Concert Hall, Reverse Mode, QPAC, South Bank, Brisbane
Tickets*: $39.00
Bookings: qpac.com.au or 136 246
