After the success of both David O. Russell's Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle, A-listers Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence are teaming up again, this time for director Susanne Bier's SERENA. Check out the first UK trailer below.
The movie, which also stars Toby Jones and Rhys Ifans, takes place in the 1920's North Carolina mountains. Madly in love newly-weds George and Serena Pemberton build a thriving timber business, and Serena soon proves that she is more than capable of handling herself in the male dominated industry.
As their success grows, so does their passion and power, but when Serena discovers that George has a secret, it sets a course for a dramatic conclusion to their fiery marriage.
No US release date has been announced, but the film will open in UK theaters on October 24th.
