NOW takes viewers on the road and backstage as the newly formed Bridge Project Company faces the challenges and triumphs that come with performing in a new country and venue every few weeks. The production of "Richard III" marks the first collaboration between Kevin Spacey and Sam Mendes since both won Academy Awards for their work on American Beauty. NOW provides an intimate look at that production, from how the company was formed, to the relationships between the actors, to the many different cultures and countries they experienced along the way. The production traveled from London to Doha, Epidaurus, Istanbul, Singapore, Sydney, Naples, San Francisco, Beijing, Hong Kong and ultimately arrived in New York City.

NOW: In the Wings on a World Stage was directed by Jeremy Whelehan and had a limited theatrical release in the US last May.
