Tails of Broadway: Sophia Anne Caruso Cuddles Up with Pucci!

In this edition, meet Beetlejuice star Sophia Anne Caruso's pup, Pucci!

Pet's name: Pucci Senior Banditos

Origin of name: The designer Emilio Pucci. And my dad thought he looked like a bandit when he was a pup.

Breed: They told us he's shitzu but I'm certain he's also part gremlin.

How long have you owned: Since I was 4.

Adoption story: He was just a puppy and he sat on his back legs like a groundhog. It was his special little trick. It was like he was begging us to pick him! We couldn't resist him- it was love at first sight for us both.

Favorite thing to do with your pet: Cuddle and pet his tummy.

The naughtiest thing your pet has done: I was given a Gucci handbag once and I set it down in my room and I woke up the next morning to find he had scratched and ripped at it all night long. He was jealous, and had never done that before. I still don't understand why he would do something so violent and out of character. Maybe it was just a phase. Or a mid-life outburst?

What would your pet's catch-phrase be: "I haven't done anything, but please give me a treat. If you don't I'll guilt you and act like I'm starving even though we both know I'm on the curvy side.

Fun Fact: He still sits on his back legs like a groundhog for extended periods of time. He sleeps on his back, and snores. Sometimes he runs into things because he can't see and his hair hangs in his eyes like a skater boy. It's usually in dead silence when we least expect. And can sometimes be startling if something crashes.

As I type this I regret to inform you that he just ate a purple oil pastel that I dropped on the floor... fun fact he will eat really random things. Underwear are his favorite delicacy.
