ReStruction, an exhibit in two parts, features "Photo Metaphors," a group of photo montages by Stephen Gordon of Bedford, and "Cameragenics," a series of digital photo manipulations by Alan P. Cohen. The exhibit is being presented by The Schoolhouse Theater and Gallery May 21st through June 10, 2012, in conjunction with the mainstage production of William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" that also runs through June 10.

In describing the exhibit, curator Patrick J. Cicalo says, "Some people construct, some people destruct. Then there are those who do both, taking the pieces to create something entirely new and amazing." The public is invited to an artists' reception on Sunday, June 3, from 12 to 2 pm at The Schoolhouse.

The Schoolhouse Theater and Gallery is a unique setting for the arts in Westchester. Built in 1926, the brick building served as an active school until 1976. Galleries exhibit many fine local artists, while the theater, where every seat feels like a front-row-seat, accommodates audiences of less than 100. Theatergoers enjoy the intimate quality of the space, as well as the professional casts who bring theatrical excellence and experience from Broadway to Croton Falls.

The Schoolhouse is located at 3 Owens Road, Croton Falls, NY, just off exit 8 on I-684. For more information, theater tickets, gallery hours and directions, call 914-277-8477 or visit www.schoolhousetheater.org.
