Roger's career started at the Royal Shakespeare Company, and he has since become one of the most respected talents in the business. From his Tony Award-winning performance on stage in The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby and his acclaimed roles on TV's Cheers and The West Wing, to his hilarious turn in Mel Brooks' Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Roger has collaborated with the biggest names in showbiz. Roger is the co-director of the Tony Award-winning play Peter and the Starcatcher and was most recently seen on Broadway as Gomez in The Addams Family.
