Entertainment Tonight spoke to new "Dancing with the Stars" contender Mya after her big night on the show!

Now celebrating a decade in the entertainment industry as an internationally acclaimed performer, Mya is best known for her iconic hits "Case of the Ex," "Ghetto Superstar," "My Love Is Like Wo" and the Grammy Award winning "Lady Marmalade." While Velma Kelly in CHICAGO marked Mya's Broadway stage debut, she is no stranger to the razzle-dazzle world of CHICAGO. In 2003, she appeared as Mona ("I loved Alvin Lipshitz....") in the film version of CHICAGO, starring Renée Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Hosted by Tom Bergeron (America's Funniest Home Videos) and Samantha Harris (E! Entertainment), the celebrities performed choreographed dance routines which will be judged by renowned Ballroom judge Len Goodman and dancer/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.

Dancing with the Stars is the U.S. version of the international smash hit series, Strictly Come Dancing. This version is produced by BBC Worldwide Americas. Conrad Green serves as executive producer and Rob Wade and Matilda Zoltowski are co-executive producers. Alex Rudzinski directs.
