RISE Bar & Marty Thomas' Singing Competition to Kick Off This Weekend

RISE BAR is seeking it's next RISING STAR! Hosted by Broadway's Marty Thomas (Xanadu, The Secret Garden, Wicked), the RISING STAR competition begins Feb. 21! DJ TK will be spinning all night long.

New York City is filled with untapped talent and we want to feature it! The RISING STAR competition is open to all live vocalists. Live auditions are taking place before a panel of industry pro judges, February 21 and 28. The top 10 contestants will be chosen to compete in an 8 week elimination style contest for a $1000 cast prize and paid bookings at RISE Bar. All styles and genres are welcome, unique is encouraged!

In addition to it's cash and prize package, RISING STAR is offering networking opportunities with guest celebrity judges, fantastic exposure and valuable live stage experience.
