The New York Post's gossip icon Cindy Adams has returned from Washington, D.C and her exhaustive coverage of all the behind the scenes action at the Inaugural and brings a slew of Broadway related news with her.

What is of most interest is the fact Will Ferrell hinted that his currently in previews "You're Welcome America. A Final Night with George W Bush" may be looking at extending. The show is gaining excellent word of mouth (including Cindy herself) and an extension would not be a surprise. There is no official word regarding such a move at this time, well keep you posted.

Adams also chats with Broadway favorite Stephanie J. Block about the upcoming "9 To 5 The Musical", the always engaging Block describes the many set changes in the film to stage transfer of the Dolly Parton hit.
