On August 18th, all seven members of the cast of Glengarry Glen Ross were presented with individual Drama Desk Awards for Outstanding Ensemble Performance by awards executive producer Robert L. Blume. The evening took place at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 W. 45th St.), where Glengarry will close on August 28th. The David Mamet show, which won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play (as well as one for Liev Schrieber as Best Featured Actor in a Play), was directed by Joe Mantello.
Glengarry Glen Ross is one of two shows to receive the 2005 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Ensemble Performance--The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Beeis the other.
