Photo Flash: Bryce Pinkham, Wesley Taylor, Brandon Victor Dixon and More Raise Over $100K for Zara Aina

By:

Some of Broadway and television's biggest talents performed at Zara Aina's star-studded 3rd Annual Big Ol' Fancy Pants Benefit helping to raise close to $100,000 for the cause. Scroll down for photos from the event!

The organization, founded by Broadway actors Bryce Pinkham (The Heidi Chronicles) and Lucas Caleb Rooney (The Country Girl) helps at-risk children in Madagascar expand their capacity for achievement through theatrical performance and storytelling.

"I am full of pride, hope and mostly gratitude. We hit our goal and shook the room upside down. More importantly we made the world a smaller, kinder more hopeful place for a few hours. And we're gonna keep on sharing this wacky thing called life for as long as we can," said Rooney.

The one-night-only concert took place at The Cutting Room with Chris Noth (Sex and the City, The Good Wife) opening the evening's ceremonies. Audience members were then treated to a Malagasy-based puppet show accompanied by live music played by musician Rade Bemabass and his band.

The splendid voices of Bryce Pinkham, Brandon Victor Dixon (The Color Purple, Motown), Keala Settle (Hands on a Hardbody, LES MISERABLES) and Wesley Taylor (Smash, The Adams Family), wowed the audience, with Taylor bringing down the house with his very own, very hot rendition of Destiny's Child's "Say My Name."

Awards were also given to honor some of Zara Aina's favorite benefactors. All proceeds of the concert benefit Zara Aina. Visit www.zaraaina.org for more information.
